Building Unity.
Acknowledging the Past, Committed to the Future.
For nearly two years, Teamsters Local 2118 has been under trusteeship following a period of mismanagement by prior leadership. During this time, trust has eroded, morale has declined, and many pilots have felt unheard and disconnected from their union.
Since its inception, Teamsters Local 2118 has yet to operate at its full potential. While meaningful steps toward recovery are underway, significant work remains. Our goal is to implement the changes necessary to restore strength, unity, and confidence in this Local.
Why We’re Running
Let’s be clear:
There is no part of this job that is appealing to us.
We are running because we genuinely care about our fellow pilots and the future of our profession. Our union needs dedicated leadership to rebuild trust and unity within our pilot group.
We have stepped forward because this union desperately needs leaders who put pilots first—leaders who see the work ahead not as a career move, but as a duty to ensure fairness, transparency, and strength for every pilot at Allegiant.
Our Commitment
We understand why some pilots have considered looking elsewhere—our union has faced real challenges, and trust has been broken. But a name alone won’t fix our problems. Real strength comes from within—from pilots united, educated, and engaged.
Before exploring alternatives, let’s commit to rebuilding our union the right way:
From the inside out.
The Building Unity Slate is dedicated to restoring your trust through transparent communication, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to uniting our pilot group.
